After getting confirmation over email, you have to pay ₹199 which will only cover the shipping cost of the product, despite your location. In case, your Pincode is not serviceable, you have to ship the product on your own. After successfully receiving your self-shipped product, you have to make a payment of ₹120 to us, as shipping charges, so that we can send your product back to you after repairing it.

Wait For Evaluation: Once Plata Jewels receives your returned jewellery, we will take around 2-3 days to evaluate it to confirm the issue and determine whether it is covered under warranty or not.

Receive the replacement: If your silver jewellery is covered under warranty, Plata Jewels will provide you with a replacement or repair of the jewellery free of charge, which will take around 7-15 working days. If the issue is not covered under warranty, you will be informed of any repair costs and given the option to proceed with the repair or have the jewellery returned to you as it is.
